RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. Should 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned. 

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Products showing clear signs of use
  • Opened electronic cigarettes, e-liquids, accessories, etc.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons not attributed to us
  • Products returned beyond 14 days after delivery

In order to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refrain from returning purchased products directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges:

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please email [email protected].

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.

Return Shipping:

To return a product, please contact our customer service team for the return address and ship the item to the address provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
